来自' The Crowded House (挤屋合唱团)'的经典曲，让人每每听见眼前仿佛就浮现出纽西兰的美丽景致，就是那首来自该团1986年首张同名专辑，'纽西兰旅游局'指定广告歌-“Don't Dream It's Over”。这个1985年成立于澳洲，由纽西兰籍的创作人'Neil Finn' 与两名澳洲团员组成的' The Crowded House (挤屋合唱团)'，在1985年的夏天，他们前往洛杉矶寻求发片的机会，于由当时团员们经济拮据，必须合租一个公寓以节省开销，因此也将团名取为'挤屋合唱团'；他们出色的才华不久后就被' Capitol Records'相中，被签为旗下的新进乐团。隔年推出了首张同名专辑-“The Crowded House”，强力主打曲-“Don't Dream It's Over”让他们一曲成名，成绩直冲全美排行榜亚军，这首带着摇滚味道的抒情歌，把即将要与恋人分手的心情全唱在歌里，虽然歌词和旅游一点都扯不上关系，但因主唱'Neil Finn'纽西兰籍的身分及歌曲在全球的知名度相当高，依然年年被'纽西兰旅游局'选定为年度代言歌曲。“Don't Dream It's Over”充满感情的旋律，在历经了16年头之后，又被来自美国德州的' Sixpence None the Richer(啷当六便士合唱团) '重新翻唱，再度引发大家对原唱团体' The Crowded House (挤屋合唱 RPW46l34
